Who We Are - What is Our Mission

Our mission at C.J.D Training Solutions is to offer an award-winning instructor led experience while also supporting virtual and online training that caters for all learners around the world. Founded in 2007 (Formally known as Empire Medical Training Service), we provide flexible learning options for all types of passionate learners.

We aim to provide diverse options that cater to individuals who want a customizable learning experience, yet still prioritize receiving a high-level education.
With our training programs been adapt and current we run all UK first Aid courses from within small to large business’s, to supporting teachers within schools.
Our standards and values throughout our training years has stemmed from serving within the British Army where our Training, Professionalism is second to none. We support UK business but also provide training around the world and we are proud to support close protection operatives that work out in dangerous and challenging situations.
I’ve successfully completed the IQA Level 4 Course. This certification enables me to actively participate in IQA activities and oversee internal assessments conducted by others. In essence, with the Level 4 IQA award, I take on the vital responsibility of ensuring that assessments are conducted fairly within our organization.

  • Providing support to trainers and assessors
  • Sampling assessment records and decisions
  • Conducting meetings with learners
  • Planning the monitoring of trainers and assessors
  • Identifying and facilitating best practices throughout the organization
