The Emergency First Aid course is a short 3 hour course that covers what we like to call ‘Meat on the bone’. We want our learners to really take away the vital but important parts of First Aid. 

In this short course we will look to cover –

• CPR and the Recovery Position
• Bleeding , Types of Wounds and Action to support bleeding
• Choking
• General First Aid boxes and Support.

This course can be run within your own place of work or can be supported on our grounds.

The certificate lasts 3 years and this is the lowest form of starting the first Aid world. This course is a basic level and ideal for people who have never done any First Aid training and from this course can build on their training.
