What is your cancellation policy?

Learners have the right to cancel and should cancel as soon as they can to make it fair on both us as a company and for them as the learner. We will look at Refunds on a case by case basis. No shows will receive no refund.

All cancellations should be made in writing by email or by calling the office number stated.

Do you offer online tutoring?

Yes, We offer a full online service and can support learning over such things like ZOOM or MS Teams.
